Can build and gain a lot of experience and business knowledge in a short period of time. Background or previous experience is less relevant and the company focus more on "what is next" and "what more can we do".

Must take own initiatives and continuously challenge new things. Not suitable for those who want quick wins. Each case is lengthy and takes timet to cultiviate to see results so consultants must be patient and pretty persistent. Be prepared to work in a direct environment but can appreicate the straight-forwardness since it is a lot easier to concentrate on the job.

弊社では社員一人一人が、マーケットリサーチから候補者の発掘、契約まで全ての業務をこなすことが求められます。スキルを身につけるまで時間がかかり、忍耐が求められます。しかし、得たスキルで案件を成功に導き候補者の方から「ありがとう」と言われた時は、幸せを感じます。

トレーニング制度をより充実にすべきだと思います。現在、トレーニングを受ける機会はありますが特殊な業務なだけに、正直もの足りなさを感じているスタッフもいると思います。スムーズに弊社の業務を遂行してもらうためにもこれからも制度の充実性を追求していきたいです。
